We are neurobiologically hard wired to experience the interconnectedness that pervades our existence; we are naturally prepared to feel part of the cosmic totality. However, at times our self-perception and the limits of our ego prevents us from identifying with this unity and disrupts our connection to the essence of other fellow beings. |
This workshop will facilitate overcoming the limits of our self-perception as well as experiencing a state of transcendence and ecstasy by accessing the eternal present of the here and now. A joyous path to rediscovering the wonders of being through communion, affection and movement.
