Zumba fitness program is a unique combination of dance and exercise . The creator of the Zumba program is Beto (Alberto) Perez , a Colombian dancer , choreographer and dance teacher . Zumba is a product of his passion for Latin and pop music, exotic dance rhythms and fitness. His opinion was that the group lessons should be fun and attractive to everyone, not only practitioners with good condition. Also, those who know and don’t know how to dance, can easily without worry handle Zumba lesson, because previous dance experience is not necessary . It is not necessary to know  how the dance, neither is it essential that you have experience in training . The steps are simple and very easy to follow. Like other aerobic exercise, Zumba runs large muscle groups in the body . This results in increased heart rate, increased blood flow and oxygen in the body. Besides it is good for the heart, this type of exercise can help you to shape your muscles and burning even 450 calories in an hour. The most important thing is to have good will. It is indispensable to have love for music and dance – the rest will come by itself through good humor and fun that this training entails.

3rd July – 17th July TEJ Latino (rumba, cha cha cha, salsa, bachata, samba) – Tomo Totoleski (Slovenia)

We will teach salsa, bachata, merengue, and other Latin American rhythms. Dancing frees us from the wild and unbridled energy that we all have in ourselves, but sometimes we are suffocating the energies. Salsa is a dance with style and elegance, and is full of wild and unbridled energy we all have in ourselves, but sometimes we suppress! Let’s dance and then free the energy within ourselves.
Salsa was named by the Spanish word “Salsa”, which means “Sauce.” This symbolically means that this dance is a blend of different influences. Salsa is originally Cuban dance with Afro-Cuban rhythms and it is influenced by Rumba. We dance Salsa by music that is full of rhythms.

31st July – 7th August Belly dance – Mateja Pevec (Slovenia)

As the world stands, all the countries dance. People have imitated different gestures from nature and they eventually have adjusted to themselves.Once upon a time, oriental dance was an integral part of gender – fruitive rituals that included flicker and trans, because it meant the presence of divinity. Mother goddess is practically present in all the world’s religions. Cycles of summer weather were dependent on her  that have had an impact on the fatness of the earth, animals and people. Neither one of these goddesses had not lived in celibacy, because it would not be in accordance with their duties. Oriental dance is the language of the soul and the body, through them we can express much more than it would be able to say in the words. Fraction of these feelings and body language we’ll feel at the workshop where you will learn a few basic moves so as to like women could more easily express.
