Balanced vegetarian diet is suitable for long-established vegetarians, those who are trying to change their diet, and those who want to rest their body from heavy food for a while. Guests are provided with a varied, easily digestible, fresh and above all tasty vegetarian cuisine that will satisfy all of their basic requirements. Consuming this food gives one a feeling of lightness in the stomach and invigorates the body with new vitality. Every morning, fruits and teas are used to support the natural rhythm of toxin elimination. All of these elements result in complete purification and the balancing of the body’s physiology and energy, thus enabling better energy flow and in turn shepherding the body to self-healing. On this vacation you can meet various types of cooking, the numerous types of used ingredients, a combination of menus, different tastes … Therefore, it can be applied in everyday life.


The full board is included vegetarian food, breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner buffet.

When we are combining foods is the best way to have: 20% of proteins, 40% of carbohydrate, 40% of low energy food. But of course, every guest can arrange a meal in their own way.

In cooking we don’t use eggs or any meat. They are used dairy products in some dishes, which are tailored for vegetarians. We also prepare the food that is tailored for vegans (no added dairy products) and macrobiotics. In choosing main dishes and salads, guests have the choice of several types of food.

Vesna Ba, a teacher of mathematics and physics, had to change her way of life after the gallbladder surgery for gallstones. She has begun to explore the use of medicinal plants, various relaxation methods, psychophysical relaxation exercises, massage techniques and healing. Particular attention was consecrated to the study of the vegetarian food, and how the new tastes can be closer to our climate. Last few years she has worked on popularization of the vegetarian food and uses of medicinal plants by holding lectures, workshops and tastings. Within Harmony programme Vesna conducts vegetarian cuisine.
