Morning exercises


Every morning from 7:00 – 8:15  you can start the day with yoga exercises. Light stretching exercises and asanas (yoga postures) mobilize the spine and joints, stimulate the free flow of energy, improves ourability to concentrate and sense of balance. It makes you more mobile and give us a sense of easiness to start the day with a lot of energy and, at the same time, internal peace. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and simple relaxation techniques complement the yoga session and support the regeneration of our entire system.

Running with a Swim

The island of Pašman has an abundance of running paths. Beside paved running route by the sea there is a great number of paths that lead to some of the most beautiful viewpoints on the island where you can enjoy the sunrise. After early morning trail you can go to neighbouring beaches and refresh yourself in sea and then continue with your daily activities like Yoga, Do-In, Tai Chi… Tuesday is normally a day reserved for a special experience of a night trail under the stars. Thursdays you can join us for a bit longer trail to Veliki Bokolj while the ambitious ones can run to Mali Bokolj or conquer the peak of Oštro.
